The mural Paradigm Shift_mural 1, was part of the group exhibition Tele Grey Flamingo Pink at Murals Inc. in Rotterdam. For the mural, I made a selection of four drawings from my every day drawing series Paradigm Shift. The mural displays a selection of four colour notes that create a new composition. The emphasis in the execution was on creating a visual translation that does justice to the essence of the original colour notes: an intuitive, energetic capture of colour. Working within this large-scale format allowed the colours to become immersive, inviting physical and spatial experience into colour perception. The exhibition took place from 8 December 2024- 8 March 2025. Other artists: Carla Klein and Marleen van Wijngaarden.
